		<description>I worked at the Tiki Bar a couple of years ago, showed the mexican staff how to do all the new food ideas, from cooking it to presentation, then they let me go because I&#039;m a chef and why pay chef rates when the mexicans will do it for less than half what I was making. So chefs out there looking for work, may as well not go to college for culinary arts when the resturants of Sarasota would rather pay mexican rates than chef rates...</description>
